Your rights
With respect to your stored personal data, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion, to restrict processing, objection, to revoke consent, to transfer and to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Processing of personal data
We process only the personal data that we receive voluntarily from you in the course of a business relationship or in its initiation. The processing of your data takes place within the framework of the general data protection regulation (GDPR) and the data protection requirements applicable to Germany.

Collection of technical data
Technical information is collected automatically via our websites and stored in server log files. The information includes the date and time of access, the browser and operating system used, anonymised IP address, the page accessed and the previously visited page. We draw no conclusions about specific persons and examine these data only in the event of a security threat. The log files are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Use of contact details
Your personal data are automatically stored when you use one of our forms or send us an e-mail. These data, which were transmitted on a voluntary basis, are used only for the processing of matters relating to your business.

Protection of your data against third parties
Your data are never transferred to third parties, unless it is necessary for fulfilling our business relationship or you have granted your consent for us to do so. Stored data are encrypted whenever possible to minimise the risk of unauthorised access to that data. However, data exchange on the Internet may have security vulnerabilities despite all the measures taken.

Period of storage of personal data
Your data are deleted after the expiry of the statutory retention period, in as far as they are not required for further fulfilment or initiation of contracts, compliance with tax regulations or other legal rules.
